Consortia joined us at DLH two years ago this month and we are so happy they did! Nathan Connolly, their CEO, answered some questions for us:
• What you guys do?
We’re a niche tech digital and finance recruitment group that serves the UK, USA and Europe
• What sort of growth have you had here at DeskLodge?
We took a part time office in the pandemic and have tripled in size since!
• How did the pandemic affect Consortia?
It’s actually significantly changed our business. The pandemic drove companies to look at where they recruited and whether they employed a remote, hybrid or on-site model. Some of our markets specifically UX, Product and Data have seen massive growth as companies around the world target candidates in New York, London, Berlin and Amsterdam.
• What are your plans for the rest of 2022 and beyond?
Grow our global teams and have some fun.
• What’s been the best thing about working from DeskLodge?
The people - an office is an office at the end of the day but the people and the residents are what makes DeskLodge much more.
