Each month we celebrate our amazing Desklodgers by crowning one (from each location) DeskLodger of The Month!
This month we are highlighting one of our amazing team here in Bristol.
We chatted to the lovely Sabrina from DeskLodge Old Market about working for DeskLodge and the other fun stuff she gets up to. Sabrina likes playing pool, watching horror films and wants to go to Japan one day.
What is your role within the company?
I am a DeskLodge Host, I keep track of weekly stock, check meeting rooms in between to make sure they are clean and tidy (first impressions are very important) and help with the organisation and setup of events and so many more bits and bobs.
How long have you been coming to Desklodge?
Just over a year… it’s gone so quick! I have loved every bit of working here and I look forward to what the future holds.
What is your favourite thing about your job?
The DeskLodgers! Everyone is so friendly and I enjoy hearing about their weekends and holidays (jealous at the same time but what can we do!). I also love how every day is different, some days can bring challenges, but I like a good challenge.
What is your favourite thing about DeskLodge?
It has to be the Tardis! I love how the Blue light flashes when the door opens. I love how it has been designed so it is bigger on the inside (I love seeing the DeskLodger’s faces when you take them on a tour).
What do you do in your spare time?
I love to play pool and going to the cinema. I love scary films and recently watched IT Chapter 2. I also like to binge a series… so if you have any you can recommend please send them my way.
What would your perfect holiday be?
I have always wanted to go to Japan, purely for the culture (also shops… of course, who doesn’t like a bit of shopping?).
