What do you do as a Movement Therapist?
I run my own business Gareth Riddy Movement Therapist. It helps empower people so they don't feel trapped in their body/mind. From written & digital products, seminars, to one to one work involving neurological based therapeutic techniques.
How long have you been running your business?
In its current guise around 5 years, including exercise based 12 years.
What’s your favourite thing about Desklodge?
My favourite thing is the open plan, beautifully jazzed up decor downstairs (The Atrium). It helps me create. Obviously, the staff are banging!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I love to do Brazilian jujitsu.
What would be your chosen costume for a Halloween party?
Probably some kind of wizard or something magical.
