What do chronyko do?
chronyko provides immersive training events for organisations who empower their employees to solve complex problems. Our mission is to teach and exercise key business skills through innovative methods. We use a unique combination of storytelling, technology and challenges to create immersion and engagement with the learning outcomes. The events develop and exercise skills in a wide range of areas including leadership, team working and specialist technical disciplines.
How long have you worked at Chronyko/Desklodge?
I've only been officially at chronyko for the past 3 months, however, we have been working as a team on similar projects for much longer.
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
No idea is ever too crazy! In fact, bonkers ideas for storylines, puzzles and challenges are encouraged! I love that essentially we use fun as a framework for learning.
What’s your favourite thing about Desklodge?
It's such a creative space! I just love all the little details that aren't obvious at first but the more time you spend here, the more you see. For an innovative business such as ours, being in this environment really helps get the creative juices flowing. It's also great being around other start-ups; having that network of diverse skills around you day-to-day is really helpful. It's a great community.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love cooking and baking (and therefore eating!) although I try to balance out copious amounts of cake with the odd yoga session :) I'm an avid reader, particularly psychological thrillers, although I read anything and everything. My goal is to read 52 books in a year but so far my record is 37.
