Can I bring a friend in?
Guests and visitors are more than welcome, they will be billed at the locations hotdesking rate and added onto your account.
Do i need to reserve a seat?
No, we have lots of work space for you to work from and its very unlikely there wont be a seat free. You can however via Neardesk reserve a space if want to give us a heads up that you're on your way.
Are there hidden charges for internet, refreshments?
No, the hourly price or membership you may have brought with us includes everything from the wifi, to tea&coffee. Only additional cost may be for things such as use of our printing facilities.
Can I leave personal items overnight in the space or if i'm not in?
All depends on your membership, fixed desk & private office users have space & storage for this. We offer lockers for hire for hotdeskers if you would like secure storage for any items.
