Amy runs The Warrior Programme, which is a way of exercising and eating to feel strong, fit and capable, without spending all hours at the gym and ‘eating clean’.
Amy used to spend 8+ hours at a desk working for a big corporate insurance broker, and so she specialises in helping desk-based individuals, like yourselves, who struggle to find the time and motivation to exercise, but want to feel strong and fit.
With the recent (fairly dramatic) announcement that sitting is the new smoking and the inclusion of sitting down too much on the World Health Organisation’s top four worries, next to Coronary Heart Disease, Amy is coming in to talk to you all about staying fit and well whilst being at your desk.
She’s going to be giving practical advice on what you can do, rather than what you shouldn’t do, to make it easy for you to stay well, fit and avoid aches and pains, without an enormous amount of effort.
